Because of the number of trees in The Gorge the Parish Council works with Telford and Wrekin Council to provide extra leaf sweeps in the winter.  The same partnership has provided the new litter bins seen around the Parish.  Work in Jockey Bank Gardens/Galleon Park is also being funded from this partnership.

The Parish Council has also started a Parish Plan with a steering group nearing the completion of the plan.  A copy of the plan will be distributed to every household.  The plan is already having results with the WHS strategy group using it in the review of the WHS Management Plan.  Telford and Wrekin Council has used the findings in their future plans for South Telford.  This is only the start the plan will be used to help the Parish Council plan its future vision and work.
